Document Description
DTSC, pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code (H&SC), approved the Removal Action Workplan (RWA) for the Peter Pan Cleaners Site. Implementation of the remediation activities will protect human health and the environment and address contaminated soil, soil vapor, indoor air and groundwater to minimize human exposure to the identified chemicals of concern (COCs).
The remedy approved in the RAW includes: Institutional controls, in-situ groundwater remediation, floor sealing, and sub-slab depressurization.
