Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0561-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Larry Mailliard, representing Mailliard Ranch. The project is limited to one encroachment. The project will remove an existing Humboldt crossing culvert, and install a culvert at least 73 inches in diameter, sized for a 100-year flow event. The eroded stream below the outflow will be filled to grade, and approximately 20 feet of accumulated sediment will be removed upstream of the culvert. No trees will be removed for this project.

There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. The project is a minor alteration to land, water, and vegetation, and does not remove any trees.
