Document Description
The project is proposing to replace the existing structure with a single span, cast-in-place, post-tensioned, and reinforced concrete slab bridge. The new bridge will be 35.5 feet wide with a span length of approximately 52 feet. The superstructure will be supported on strutted abutments with spread footings to ensure embankment stability and minimize right-of-way acquisition. A section of the roadway will be realigned to reduce the curve on the right-of-way acquisition. A section of the roadway will be realigned to reduce the curve on the westerly approach to the bridge and to align the easterly approach with the widened bridge.
