Document Description
DPR standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project and can be obtained by contacting the environmental coordinator.
The project is the exterior and inner wall repair of a mixed-use commercial/residential building located at 131-137 E. De la Guerra St. within El Presidio de Santa Barbara SHP. The repairs are necessary because dry-rot has occurred from water damage as a result of a failed roof and gutter system/ This has led to an unsafe condition in the retails spaces as well as on the adjacent city of Santa Barbara pedestrian sidewalk area.
