Document Description
The proposed project will replace and existing, 20 year old single ply roofing system at the Department of Motor Vehicles, Vallejo Field Office. The roofing system replacement will include new tapered insulation, water proofing, metal flashing, and low slop single ply roofing. The project also includes addition of safety railing near an existing HVAC unit, repair or replacement of off substrates as necessary, removal and replacement of metal parapet/fascia flashing, and replacement of a damaged attic vent.
