Caltrans proposes to implement a safety project at various locations on State Routes 78 and 163 and Interstates 5, 8, and 15. Scope of work includes installing High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST), grooving pavement, upgrading lighting to LEDs and minor electrical work, and guardrail upgrades. All work will be within Caltrans right of way.
