Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2017-0297-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the County of Butte The project will replace the existing four 60-inch corrugated metal pipes (CMP) with fours CMPs of the same dimensions. The pipes are approximately 40 feet long. The project will excavate the pipes from the top of the road, replace them, and reconstruct the gravel roadway. The proposed project will also include the construction of two headwalls of either form concrete or rock facing.
