The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The City of Glendale proposed project to install two ultraviolet (UV) units on the influent transmission pipelines at the Glendale Water Treatment Plant. The new UV system will be used for disinfection purpose after well rehabilitation activities.
