Document Description
Caltrans, using state and federal funds, proposes a project to rehabilitate the pavement and provide ADA compliant pedestrian facilities on SR 36, between PM 40.32 and PM 42.04, in Tehama County. The purpose of the project is to preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement and improve ride quality, and provide ADA compliant pedestrian facilities at crosswalks and intersections. The project is needed b/c the pavement within the project limits is exhibiting significant distress and poor ride quality, and pedestrian facilities at multiple locations do not meet ADA standards.
