Document Description
Complete an emergency window repair at Benicia Capital State Historic Park to prevent water penetration and protect the integrity of the historic Benicia Capital building. Work will: remove the bottom panel, 6-lite double hung, left front corner window from the 1st floor; place temporary plywood covering over window hole; remove glass panes; use wood hardeners and Wood Epox to repair the styles and rail; prime and paint repaired window to match existing color; reglaze and reinstall panes; and reinstall repaired window.
