Document Description
In 2017, an established population of nutria, an invasive mammal regulated by CDFW and CDFA, was found in Merced, Stanislaus, Fresno Counties, and beyond. To prevent devastation of aquatic habitats, water supplies, and levees, agency partners will survey for nutria presence and implement eradication trapping where found.
