Document Description
Caltrans proposes to repair culverts along I-15 from PM 15.9 to 16.6 in San Diego County. Most of the work will be within Caltrans ROW with temporary construction easements at certain location for accessing culvert ends. The purpose of this project is to extend service life. This project is needed due to culvert deterioration that may lead to pavement failures.
