Document Description
El Dorado National Forest proposes to complete NEPA documentation to construct nine OHV trail reroutes and three new OHV trails within the Rock Creek Recreational Area. The project includes closure and restoration of the replaced trails. This is phase 1 only of a two-phase project. Phase 1 includes trail design and route alignment, resource surveys, conducting public involvement, and preparing NEPA documents. No ground disturbance or other implementation would occur under this phase. Phase 2 would be subject to CEQA review.
