Document Description
Plumas County in partnership with Plumas National Forest and Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship will complete CEQA/NEPA environmental evaluations and decision documents for proposed construction of 18 miles of new OHV trails. This is a two-phased project. This approved phase solely compromises environmental study. The second phase, which is not part of the current approval, would involve surveying and flagging OHV routes that have been subject to CEQA/NEPA review and approved for construction.
