- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0643-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Darla Fraser The project consists of removal of fine silt buildup in the stream bottom due to heavy rains and low channel gradient in order to prevent winter flooding. The project size will be limited to 400 ft by 15ft of stream channel on permittee's property. Silt will be removed to using an excavator or backhoe. Excavator or backhoe will work from the bank. A silt barrier will be placed in order to prevent silt from moving down stream. This Agreement authorizes the removal of silt, spraying of invasive primrose and removal of a small population of cattails.

- The project consists of maintenance of low gradient stream channel that functions as a delivery canal for Anderson-Cottonwood irrigation District and an overflow channel for Anderson Creek. The clearing of sediment and debris from the channel will cause negligible changes to the gradient and will improve the function of the stream channel.
