- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0431-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of Scotts Valley Public Works Department. The City of Scotts Valley public Works Department (Permittee) will conduct routine maintenance activities subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 along Carbonera Creek and an unnamed tributary to Carbonera Creek within the City of Scotts valley. Routine maintenance is defined as periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water conveyance and flood control function of Carbonera Creek and the unnamed tributary to Carbonera Creek.
