Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0296-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Vallejo Mobile Estates, LLC, as represented by Ed Biggs
The project is limited to routine maintenance of the Lemon Street Channel (Channel). Routine maintenance should be defined as those activities to maintain channel capacity and prevent flooding on the Vallejo Mobile Estates (VME) property, and include removal of up to 1,500 linear feet of emergent wetland vegetation and human generated debris, per year, from an approximately 2,500 linear-foot reach of the channel. Wetland vegetation in the channel is predominantly composed of cattails and tules.
