Document Description
CDFW has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0082-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tulare County Resource Management Agency.
The original project included activities related o the replacement of a 40 foot long by 23 foot wide, three-span two-lane bridge crossing with a 40 foot long by 35-foot wide, three-celled two-lane concrete box culvert crossing.
The amendment to the Agreement allows for the removal of up to eight mature eucalyptus trees on the construction site and for restoration plantings at an offsite location.
