Document Description
SWRCB, as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The proposed project includes installation of four Volatile Organic Carbon (VOC) well head treatment plants at City Wells 5B and 6, Well 16, and Well 17. Each well treatment plant will consist of two steel tanks, each 12-foot in diameter, and a small structure with dimensions of 87" height, 98" width and 74" length. The treatment systems will be positioned close as possible to the well pumps to reduce piping. A concrete pad of 15 feet by 15 feet will be installed to accommodate each of the steel vessels.
