Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0289-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Jerry Hathaway. The project includes annual installation and removal of wooden flashboards to operate a diversion of adjudicated water, pursuant to the Burney Creek Decree #5111 for the Cayton-Elling Ditch (Hathaway Ditch) and the routine maintenance of the channel for approximately 3/4 mile directly downstream of the diversion in order to minimize vegetation and gravel accumulation.

There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probably future projects.
