The proposed project has been reviewed in compliance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the City's environmental review procedures. The proposed ordinance has been determined to be exempt from the provisions of the CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15305- minor alterations in land use limitations and 15061(b)(3) - activity is not subject to CEQA where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
