Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0347-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tamara Thorn.
Project is limited to the removal of a non-functional culvert and the reconstruction of a road crossing at Hoffman Creek. the new road crossing consists of the installation of four 24 inch galvanized culverts, a 12-inch thick concrete retaining wall on both the upstream and downstream sides of the crossing, a 1 1/2 - inch crushed stone road base topped with 6 inch concrete. Crushed stone will also be installed along the roadway leading up to the crossing on either side.
