Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0283-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Golden State Water Company, as represented by Thomas Whalen.
Project is limited to the replacement of an existing dock on Clear Lake. the existing structure is approx. 6 feet wide and 160 feet long. The only project activity will impact the lake bed is installation of new piles. 28 new (12-inch diameter) hollow metal piles will be driven around the perimeter of the existing pier. New framing for the pier will then be installed above the water line, old framing and decking for the existing pier will be removed, and new decking for the pier will then be installed. The project will be constructed from a barge and pile driving equipment.
