Lewiston Park Mutual Water Company (LPMWC) and Lewiston Community Services District (LCSD) are consolidating to become LCSD. LPMWC is submitting a Petition for Change of Water Rights to complete a long-term transfer to LCSD and relocate the point of diversion to the LCSD diversion location. LPMWC will abandon their existing intake and utilize the LCSD existing infrastructure to divert water from Trinity River.
