Document Description
The proposed action is the acquisition of approximately 13 acres of fee land by the United States upon which the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians would construct a gaming facility and ancillary development. The proposed project site is located within the City of Cathedral City, and bordered by East Palm Canyon Drive/Highway 111 on the south, Date Palm Drive on the east, Buddy Rogers Avenue on the north, and commercial and vacant parcels within the City to the west.
