- The proposed action is the acquisition of approx. 13 acres of fee land in trust by the US upon which the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians would construct a gaming facility and ancillary development. The proposed project site is located within the City of Cathedral City, and bordered by East Palm Canyon Drive/Hwy 111 on the south, Date Palm Dr. on the east, Buddy Rogers Avenue on the north, and commercial and vacant parcels within the City to the west.
