- Document Description
- The project is a parcel map for a two-parcel residential land division. The proposal would subdivide an existing 9.97 acre parcel to create a lot approx 4.53 acres in size and a lot 4.56 acres in size for residential uses. The applicant would be required to improve access to the proposed lots prior to recording the final parcel map. Access improvements would include improvement of Sky Tree Lane to the local minor rural road standard from Emigrant Trail through the project site, and improvement of an approx 400-ft flag-lot driveway access to proposed lot 2. Construction activities would include grading for drainage and surface preparation, and application of asphalt and/or chip seal surface material. The size of the resulting parcels would allow for potential future development of a second residence or accessory dwelling unit on each parcel, however, construction of a second residence or an accessory dwelling unit on either parcel is not proposed as part of the project.
