- Document Description
- Proposed subdivision of an 8.72-acre parcel into nine residential lots, ranging from 0.32-3.59 acres in size. Access to the nine lots would be from an extension of Misty Rd, which currently dead-ends at the project site. Misty Rd would be extended approx 420 ft within a 50-ft wide ROW. Street improvements include 2 10-ft wide vehicle travel lanes, parking on the north side of the street, and limited parking on the south side of the street in two parking bays. A 4-ft wide sidewalk, separated from the street by a 4-ft wide landscape strip, would be located on the north side of the street. The landscape strip, varying between 6 and 14 ft wide, would continue around the cu-de-sac bulb, and along the south side of Misty Rd. Two 8-ft wide parking bays would provide parking for 5 vehicles along the south side of the street.
