- The CUP would allow for the construction and operation of six telecommunication towers throughout rural El Dorado County in the Grizzly Flats, Somerset, Kelsey, El Dorado Hills and Greenwood areas. The telecommunication facilities would consist of four stealth broadleaf towers and one lattice tower, with one 35kw standby propane generator, one equipment shelter and one 500 gallon propane tank located upon a 1,050 sf fenced leased area at each site. Up to 12 panel antennas would be installed on each tower. The towers would range in height from 125 to 162.5 ft.
