Document Description
The project would result in a building configured for light industrial uses with a floor area of approx 507,500 sf. The building would be comprised of up to 491,000 sf of industrial warehouse space; up to 10,000 sf of office space; and approx 6,500 sf of mezzanine space. The building exterior would be 44 ft high, with interior heights of 36 ft, and designed for a total of 82 dock high truck doors on the east and west sides of the building. An employee break area would be located at the southeastern corner of the building. APNs: 438-0030-001-04, -06, -08, -006-00, -008-02, -009-02, -013-01, -02, -014-00, -015-00, -0101-020-01
