The project would result in a building configured for light industrial uses with a floor area of approx 507,500 sf. The building would be comprised of up to 491,000 sf of industrial warehouse space; up to 10,000 sf of office space; and approx 6,500 sf of mezzanine space. The building exterior would be 44 ft high, with interior heights of 36 ft, and designed for a total of 82 dock high truck doors on the east and west sides of the building. An employee break area would be located at the southeastern corner of the building.
