Document Description
Project includes the reconstruction and resurfacing of approx 2,000 lf of Airport Blvd, between Larkin Valley Rd/Westgate Blvd and Aviation Way. Approx 3000 lf of new sidewalk would be installed on the north side of Airport Blvd. Approx 850 lf of new sidewalk would be installed on the south side of the road. A pedestrian refuge island would also be constructed east from the intersection of Holm Rd and Airport Blvd. The refuge island would be 130 lf in length. The project would not include widening the existing roadway or increasing the number of new lanes, nor cause substantial horizontal or vertical alterations. A 0.9 acre staging area would be located east of and adjacent to Airport Blvd on a vacant lot of the Watsonville Community Hospital property.
