Note: Review Per Lead The applicant is requesting approval of a major use permit (UP17-08) to construct an unmanned 110 ft tall green monopine tower with foliage, within a leased area approx 900 (30'x30') sf in size. The proposed facility would be accessible from an existing 12-ft wide private road, owned by Wild Diamond Vineyard, LLC, off of Spruce Grove Rd (a county-maintained road). The road will be improved (graveled or paved) and up to 30 ft in width.
