City of Sutter Creek General Plan Update and Zoning Map Amendment

Note: Recirculation This NOC restarts circulation of the Dec 11, 2017 NOC to incorporate additional zoning and land use map changes. The GPU modifies the existing GP to: include current state GP requirements and changes to state/local regulations; streamline future updates and environmental documentation by reorganizing the GP into four volumes; and revise the GP by replacing completed/no longer relevant implementation measure with current measures, correcting redundancy, updating the growth/buildout projections, modifying land use designations, adding GHG policies, updating the LU diagram to reflect GIS parcel based mapping, and revising policies to ensure growth does not create impacts. This project rezones 8 parcels from C-2 commercial to R-4 multiple family dwellings and 4 parcels from C-2 to RL residential low density, amending the zoning.
