Note:
The GPU modifies the existing GP to: include current State GP requirements and changes to state and local regulations; streamline future updates and environmental documentation by reorganizing the GP into four volumes; and revise the GP by replacing completed or no longer relevant implementation measures with current measures, correcting redundancy in the plan, updating the growth and buildout projections, modifying land use designations with minor updates, adding GHG policies, updating the land use diagram to reflect GIS parcel based mapping data, and revising policies to ensure growth does not create impacts. This action also includes rezoning 8 parcels from C-2 commercial to R-4 multiple family dwellings, amending the zoning map.
