Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within 8 years of the effective date of approval, includes the construction of wastewater treatment ponds, a stormwater retention pond, and a tank farm. Phase 3, with building permits to be issued within 13 years if the effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 300,000 sf warehouse building, wastewater treatment ponds, a stormwater retention pond, and a tank farm.
