A use permit application no. PA-1700191 of E & J Gallo Winery to establish a large winery in 3 phases over 13 years. Phase 1, with building permits to be issued within 18 months of the effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 150 sf guard shack, a 150 wastewater treatment ponds, a stormwater retention pond, and tank farm with crush pad and fermentation area. Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within 8 years of the effective date of approval, includes the construction of wastewater treatment ponds, a stormwater retention pond, and a tank farm. Phase 3, with building permits to be issued within 13 years if the effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 300,000 sf warehouse building, wastewater treatment ponds, a stormwater retention pond, and a tank farm.
