- The city proposes to widen the south side of Trower Ave approx 300 ft to conform with the sidewalk and roadway to the east and west of the project site. The project site extends from 250 ft west of Linda Vista Ave to approx 300 ft westward. In order to construct the roadway improvements, acquisition of approx 22 ft of ROW across four privately owned parcels would be required. Traffic lanes would be reconfigured and overhead utilities would be undergrounded.
