Document Description
The project site is developed with one single story commercial building and surface parking. The existing development will be demolished to allow the construction of a proposed four story, mixed use development consisting of 7,520 sf of retail/restaurant use on the first floor and 35 residential units on the second through fourth floors. The project also includes a density bonus application under SB 1818, which amended the state bonus law to allow density bonuses up to 35% for low income housing. As a result, 6/35 apartments will be available for low-income households.
