Document Description
The Weston Subdivision project proposed the subdivision of an approx 13.9-acre site in Encinitas, CA, into 48 single-family residential lots, two open space lots, and one private street lot. Two existing occupied single-family res units are present in the northern portion of the subject site and are proposed to remain in their current state with project implementation (as part of the planned 48 single fam res units). The project site is located in the Leucadia community of Encinitas, in central coastal San Diego County. The property is located approx 175 ft west of I-5 on the bluffs overlooking Batiquitos Lagoon.
