- The project site consists of a 1.63-acre vacant parcel that has been previously disturbed. The proposed project involves the widening of the existing driveway, construction of a staff parking lot, chef's garden (for cooking staff), landscaping south of the parking lot with drought resistant/native plants, and a connection between the parking lot and the public sidewalk on N. Moorpark Rd. The proposed parking lot will consist of 34 parking stalls, associated hardscape including sidewalks, drainage improvements, ADA access paths as well as landscaping and irrigation.
