Document Description
The project entails construction and operation of a two-story 76,781 sf private assisted living and memory care residential facility on a 9.6 acre project site. The proposed project will have 104 units and the facility will offer a variety of care levels, while addressing varied lifestyles, physical requirement, and personal preferences of residents. The project would include the senior care facility structure, landscaping, parking, drive isles, walkways, driveways, relevant infrastructure, off-site roadway improvements, and the installation of pile walls along portions of an existing drainage to prevent erosion and flooding. The project also includes an application for a tentative parcel map to subdivide the property into two parcels, two lettered lot, and one remainder parcel. Approx 2.6 acres comprise the Line G drainage area, which will be dedicated to the city. The proposed project involves the following city of Murrieta planning cases: CUP 2016-993, development permit 2016-992, and TPM 37291.
