Document Description
The proposed project would redevelop three sites in downtown Covina with mixed use structures. The sites total 0.95 acre and are located near the intersections of North Citrus Ave with West Orange St and East San Bernardino Rd with Park Ave in city of Covina. The sites are currently developed with surface parking and one vacant commercial structure. Upon implementation of the proposed project, the sites would be redeveloped with 18 multi-family residential units, 4,400 sf of commercial uses, and surface parking areas.
