Stream restoration through removal of concrete lining from Paradise Creek and an unnamed tributary. An offline biodetention basin will be constructed parallel to most downstream reach of Paradise Creek to capture urban pollutants. The project is self mitigating for the permanent impacts for the necessary topo-grading to restore stream morphology.
