- Project consists of the demolition of an existing Fire Station and the construction of a new Fire Station and related facilities on the same site. The proposed replacement Fire Station consists of: 1) a 12-bed barracks/messhall building (3,934 sf), 2) a 2-engine, 3-bay apparatus building (3,230 sf), 3) a generator/pump/storage building (648 sf), 4) a hose wash rack with canopy and equipment building (1,008 sf), and 6) ancillary improvements.
