The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is amending Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0113-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, represented by Adam Perez. The Amendment to the Agreement authorizes additional activities related to dam maintenance, specifically annual inspections of the emergency valves at Long Valley Reservoir as required by the Division of Safety of Dams.
