Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing Master Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-01 13-R6, pursuant to section 1605 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, represented by David Wright. The project includes repairing and replacing specified infrastructure in the identified intermittent man-made waterways, intermittent and ephemeral streams, perennial man-made canals, ponds, and perennial streams in Inyo and Mono Counties. The Project authorizes temporary diversion of flowing water and temporary impacts from activities subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 around the infrastructure location identified in Attachment A of the Permittee's notification package. Equipment storage and staging will be located on paved, upland locations.
