Document Description
LADWP proposes to continue conducting routine maintenance activities that are critical to the safe and reliable operation of existing waterway infrastructure associated with water gathering and water distribution activities. The routine maintenance activities that were analyzed under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) are ongoing, and have been performed for more than twenty years. Completing this CEQA analysis was necessary to fulfill the regulatory requirements for establishing permits and agreements with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board.
