Document Description
The proposed project is a CUP to establish a camp/outdoor science school, with a number of separate buildings for dining and sleeping on approx six acres of the southeast portion of a 40 acre parcel. The site has native trees and some under brush, with most of the trees to remain within the affected development area. Access to the property will occur from a paved roadway and extend a short distance over land owned by the Forest Service. Interior access will be provided by a new paved roadway that loops through the site. Elementary and Middle school students will attend the camp/school on a weekly basis during the school year from area school districts.
