Document Description
The project is a proposal for a new residential subdivision consisting of 67 detached homes on an 11-acre graded portion of a 20.4 acre property located on the northwest corner of Chubb Lane and Magnolia Ave. along the San Diego River on a site formerly occupied by a sand mining operation (RCP Block & Brick). The proposed project includes a request for a Town Center Specific Plan Amendment (TCSPA2016-1), a Tentative Map (TM2016-1) and Development Review Permit (DR2016-2). The Town Center Specific Plan Amendment would reclassify the northerly 10-acre portion of the project site from Office/Professional to Residential (7-14 du/acre).
