Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Town Center Specific Plan Amendment (TCSPA2016-1), Tentative Map (TM2016-1), and Development Review Permit (DR2016-2). The proposed Town Center Specific Plan Amendment would change the 10-acre area of the project site currently designated as "Office/Professional" to "Residential (7-14 dwelling units per acre)." The Tentative Map would subdivide the 20.4 acre site into 80 lots with 67 residential lots and lots for private roads, a park, landscaped areas, storm water facilities, a floodway and fuel modification buffer, and a lot that covers a portion of the San Diego River. The Development Review Permit would provide for the proposed development's design, architecture, and amenities, including a trail along the San Diego River and an approx. 19,000 sq. ft. park.
