Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of a campus-like development to provide services and housing necessary to assist homeless individuals and families. The proposed project would consist of the following: 51 permanent affordable housing units; 100 temporary mini housing units; 5 shelters housing 20 people each; 4,000 sf for on-site service providers; 4,500 sf for on-site medical; and 18,000 sf for other services for homeless individuals and families.
